Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the website, either complete the order form online and follow the instructions and click on 'Submit' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order, or email me with your order and sent it to me with a cheque. Once I have received your order, your painting will be posted,.
We accept card payments via PAYPAL I will also accept cheques (made payable to Jayne Farrer). Items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
If you have realised you have made a mistake in your order, contact me immediately and I will do my best to correct the mistake.
A confirmation email will be sent , this is to indicate that we have received your order.

 

Shipping And Handling

All orders are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail.
Currently delivery is UK only. If you live overseas and would like to order, please do not hesitate to make  contact and something can be arranged.

 

Delivery Schedule

If you need your order more quickly than the usual delivery time please email me the details and I will let you know if it’s possible.
You will be sent an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your name and order date in all correspondence.

 

Paypal Security

When the order is placed at my website, Paypal holds all transtraction and are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

 

Contacting  Me

We are constantly in and out of the house, so either leave message on the answer phone or send me an email. Emails are checked regularly.

It is my responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact me'.

Please note that personalised goods cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or if a mistake has been made on my behalf. Please check spellings carefully when ordering.

These terms apply to your order. I may change my terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways will be via pay-pal or personal cheque.
